- Cook covered for 10 mins.when you see the moisture begins to release,then add the meat masala and saute for another 2 mins..
- Add bay leaves and repeat sauteing for 2 mins..
- Add tomato puree and saute until the raw smell of tomatoes goes away..
- Add water and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles on a medium flame..
- When the pressure goes off,stir and garnish it with Coriander..
- Serve with roti or rice..
