Ingredients of Dry Keema

  1. You need 1 of onion.
  2. It's 200 gram of mince meat (mutton).
  3. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Prepare to taste of salt.
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  7. You need as needed of oil.

Dry Keema step by step

  1. Take a pan add oil then add sliced onion once golden add ginger garlic paste..
  2. Then add all the dry masalas and keep stirring until the masala leaves the oil..
  3. Now add keema and little water. Allow to cook on low flame.
  4. Once the keema gets tender saute it well until all moisture evaporates. Enjoy with paratha.
