Ingredients of Mutton curry
- Prepare 3.5 kg of mutton.
- It's 500 grams of onion chopped.
- It's 500 grams of onion grinded.
- Prepare 150 grams of garlic paste.
- Prepare 100 gram of ginger paste.
- You need 2 tablespoon of jeera powder.
- You need 4 tablespoon of dhaniya powder.

- Prepare 4 tablespoon of raw papaya paste.
- It's 1 tablespoon of jeera seeds.
- You need 2 of bay leaf.
- You need 2-3 of dry red chilli.
- It's 4-5 pods of green cardamoms.
- Prepare 4-5 of cloves.
- It's 2 sticks of cinnamon.
- It's 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
- You need As needed of oil and ghee.
- It's To taste of salt.

Mutton curry instructions
- At first marinate the washed mutton with onion slices(1/2 portion of the quantity) ginger garlic paste (1/2) turmeric powder,red chilli Powder raw papaya paste and oil.keep it for atleast 2 hours..
- Now heat oil in a wide pan add the jeera seeds whole red chilli,bay leaf and whole garam masalas.
- Add onion garlic ginger paste saute well till the raw smell disappears.
- Add jeera dhaniya powder and red chilli Powder mix well.
- Now add the marinated mutton and saute well adding salt and turmeric.
- Keep it on a low heat with a lid on it.
- Keep stirring so that it will not burn.
- Finally when the mutton starts to leave oil add warm water and cover it for 20 -30 mnts.
- Finally heat ghee in a tadka pan add garam masala powder and pour it into the mutton curry.
- Remove the curry from heat and serve hot.
