- Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Add the marinated mutton stir well adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Cover and cook stirring occasionally.
- As the mutton changes colour add coriander cumin powder and red chilli Powder and saute.
- Add warm water and simmer keeping on low flame.
- Finally add sugar and garam masala powder and cover till it become soft.
- Serve it with rice or chapati.
