- Prepare 4-5 of onions.
- Prepare 1 of Black Cardamom.

- Fry thinly sliced onions golden brown in a pan..
- Now take a cooker. Add ghee to it. Now add cardamom, cinnamon, anise star, bay leaf to it. Now add ginger garlic paste & let it cook till it turns light golden in colour..
- Add properly washed mutton pieces to it. Now let the mutton cook on medium flame for about 10 mins till it turns brown. Now add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala & meat masala to the cooker. Mix well & cook..
- Now add curd to the mutton. Add fried onions & cook for a while. Now add tomato puree & cook till the ghee separates..
- Now add water to the mutton. Cook till water starts boiling. Now cover the lid of the cooker & keep the flame high till the first whistle. Then reduce the flame at low & let it cook for about 9-10 mins. Mutton curry is ready.
