  1. It's 1 kg of mutton, cutted into small pieces (you can use any meat).
  2. It's 1/2 of pineapple.
  3. You need 4 of onions chopped.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  5. It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare 1.5 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. You need 3 of cardamoms.
  8. It's 2 of cinnamons.
  9. It's 6 of green chillies.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
  11. It's to taste of Salt.
  12. Prepare 1 cup of soyabean oil.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, 3 green chillies, cardamom, cinnamon in it & stir..
  2. When the onions have turned light brown, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & small amount of water in it. Then add the mutton pieces & salt in it & cover it with lid in low flame..
  3. After about 10 minutes, add required amount of water for the mutton to boil.
  4. When the water is reduced and mutton is boiled well, cut the pineapple into pieces, blend them smooth then add the pineapple paste in the gravy, stir well & cover with lid for some time..
  5. When there is rise of oil in gravy add 3 splitted green chillies, sugar & again cover for around 2 minutes then remove it from heat source. Top the gravy with few green chillies and your delicious Anaroshi Gosht is ready to serve! Serve it hot with steamed rice, pulao or flat bread..
