Awadhi biryani (Eid Special) step by step
- Take cooker & add ghee to it. Now add all the dried whole spices & cook till it gets aromatic. Now add ginger garlic paste. Let it drizzle on medium flame..
- Now add mutton. Mix well & cook till it turns light brown. Now add powder masalas to the mutton including salt & mix well. Now add curd..
- Add 3/4th fried onions to the mutton & cook on medium flame. Now add tomato puree & mix & cook till the ghee separates. Now add water & let it whistle for about 7-8 mins on high flame..
- Now open the lid & add rice, mint leaves & 1/4 th left fried onions. Again cover the lid & let it whistle for about 3 mins on medium flame..
- Awadhi biryani is ready..
