Mutton Chops step by step

  1. Remove them to a plate covered with paper towels to drain excess oil..
  2. Trim off any excess fat of the meat. Wash and drain the mutton..
  3. Marinate the chops with above mentioned marinade for at least 2 hours or best overnight..
  4. Heat oil in saucepan. Add whole spices. Sauté for few seconds..
