  3. Now add ur potatoes and ur meat with ur soup, let it simmer for a while until ur potatoes are well cooked. U can serve with rice or chapatis.

I also added a red chilli to make it a bit spicier and add a bit of colour. Served with both normal and coli flour rice, it was a hit! Mild spicy coconut chicken curry and aromatic rice with sweet mangoes, and toasted cashews for crunch in every bite.
