- Wash and drain Mutton pieces..
- Add curd and Meat masala..
- Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours..
- Heat ghee or in pan and fry chopped onions till golden brown in colour..
- Drain and keep aside..
- Boil tomatoes and remove skin..
- When it cools grind it with coconut (dry or fresh), almonds, green chillies and a small bunch coriander leaves..
- Grind fried onions separately..
- Heat ghee in pan..
- Put whole garam masalas like green cardamom, black cardamom, Cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds, cloves and bay leaves..
- Add garlic paste and ginger paste..
- Cook on high flame for a minute..
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and Meat masala..
- Add tomato paste mixture and cook for 2 or 3 minutes..
- Add grounded fried onions, salt and Mutton pieces..
- Cook on high flame till oil starts separate..
- Add some water and cook till mutton pieces will tender..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha/naan..
