- It's of basic sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ghee or clarified butter.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 350 grams of tofu or use boneless mutton shoulder, lamb or goat if you prefer, cubed.
- It's 1 small of onion, sliced.
- It's 2 clove of garlic , crushed or bruised and very finely chopped.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of finely grated ginger.
- You need 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 pinch of ground nutmeg.
- Prepare 1/2 of fresh red chilli , seeds removed and chopped finely.
