  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  4. You need 350 grams of tofu or use boneless mutton shoulder, lamb or goat if you prefer, cubed.

  6. It's 2 clove of garlic , crushed or bruised and very finely chopped.
  7. It's 1/2 tbsp of finely grated ginger.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  11. Prepare 1/2 of fresh red chilli , seeds removed and chopped finely.
