- You need 250 grm of Mutton.
- Prepare 2 of Tomatoes (chopped Roughly).
- It's 2 of Onion ( chopped Roughly.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of GaramMasala.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Meat Masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red Chilli.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It's 1-2 of Green Chilli.
- It's 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Yogurt.
- It's 1 tsp of Black Pepper.
- It's 1/2 cup of Fresh Coriander.
- It's 1 tbsp of Coriander (for garnishing).
- You need 1 tbsp of Oil.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Kasoori Methi.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Ginger (For Garnishing).
Karahi Gosht step by step
- Wash the mutton for about 5-7 times. Pressure cooker add 4 glasses of water and mutton and cook it for about 5-7 whistles.
- Save water in another bowl for later use and separate mutton from it..
- In a wok (Kadhai) add Oil, onion Julienne and let it get cook or change colour, add mutton to it..
- Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander and yogurt and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric, salt, red chilli and meat masala (i have used my homemade) on a low flame cook for another 5-7 minutes..
- Just dry roast kasoori methi for a minute and add it to mutton. Garnish it with julienne ginger, lemon slice and coriander leaves..
