- You need of #lovefnf.
- You need 12 of Lamb Chops.
- You need 6-8 tablespoon of Oil.
- It's 2 tablespoon of Chaat Masala.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Chilli Flakes.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Cumin Seeds.
- It's 2 tablespoon of Mango Powder (Amchoor).
- You need 4 tablespoon of Lemon Juice.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Degi Kashmiri Mirch Powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need of NOTE: If u use Mutton or Goat meat, the chops will not cook well and be chewy & rubbery rather than soft and juicy – so please use Lamb chops to get the best taste.
Mutton Chops instructions
- 1. Wash and drain the chops in a colander.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. Rub onto the chops making sure they are fully coated.
- Next add the oil and lemon juice and mix well Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours - overnight works best.
- Heat oil in a large wide based non stick frying pan Once it's nearly smoking hot add the chop.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes & turn the side and add any leftover marinade and keep turning and basting with oil and marinade as you cook further.
- Cook chops till done to your preference Remove and serve immediately..
