Ingredients of Dry Keema
- You need 1 of onion.
- It's 200 gram of mince meat (mutton).
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- You need as needed of oil.
Dry Keema instructions
- Take a pan add oil then add sliced onion once golden add ginger garlic paste..
- Then add all the dry masalas and keep stirring until the masala leaves the oil..
- Now add keema and little water. Allow to cook on low flame.
- Once the keema gets tender saute it well until all moisture evaporates. Enjoy with paratha.
