- Prepare 500 gms of mutton (medium sized pieces).
- You need 500 gms of onion (fine ly chopped).
- You need 5 tbspn of ginger garlic paste.

- Wash and clean the mutton.Grind 3/4th of chopped onion into a smooth paste. Marinate the mutton with onion and ginger garlic paste and CIBA meat masala for 2hrs..
