Ingredients of Karahi Gosht

  1. Prepare 250 grm of Mutton.
  2. You need 2 of Tomatoes (chopped Roughly).
  3. Prepare 2 of Onion ( chopped Roughly.
  4. It's 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
  5. It's 1 tsp of GaramMasala.
  6. You need 2 tsp of Meat Masala.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Red Chilli.
  8. It's To taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1-2 of Green Chilli.
  10. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of Yogurt.
  12. It's 1 tsp of Black Pepper.
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup of Fresh Coriander.
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander (for garnishing).
  15. It's 1 tbsp of Oil.
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Kasoori Methi.
  17. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Ginger (For Garnishing).

Karahi Gosht step by step

  1. Wash the mutton for about 5-7 times. Pressure cooker add 4 glasses of water and mutton and cook it for about 5-7 whistles.
  2. Save water in another bowl for later use and separate mutton from it..
  3. In a wok (Kadhai) add Oil, onion Julienne and let it get cook or change colour, add mutton to it..
  4. Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander and yogurt and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric, salt, red chilli and meat masala (i have used my homemade) on a low flame cook for another 5-7 minutes..
  6. Just dry roast kasoori methi for a minute and add it to mutton. Garnish it with julienne ginger, lemon slice and coriander leaves..
