  5. You need of Tomatoes 2-3 large.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
  7. It's to taste of Salt.

  9. It's 4-5 cups of Water.
  10. Prepare 1 Cup of Plain Yogurt.

  1. In a pan take mutton, water add salt and cook it for 45 minutes..
  2. Meanwhile in an other Pan/Wok take 2 tsp oil, add onions. cook till it changes color to golden brown add 2-3 spoons of water. It will give the nice color.Add Ginger Garlic Paste to it and cook..
  3. Take out the mutton from water(don't throw the water) and add it to onions with red chili in it..
  4. Cook it Now after adding curd long red chilies, mix well.Add Tomatoes and cook for 5-7 Minutes. Add water saved earlier ND bring it to boil. Add masala ND cook for 15-20 minutes until mutton gets soft..
  5. Garnish with lemon slice & coriander..
