Balochi Tikka Karahi step by step
- Heat oil or ghee add mutton and fry well till it changes color,now add green chillies 20 (remaining for garnish) and again fry at high flame for 10 mins keep stirring.
- Now take out mutton and chillies from ghee.
- Take out 1/2 cup oil and keep aside. Now in remaining oil add chopped tomatoes bhunofy until it's done, now add mutton, chillies, salt, prepared karahi masala. Lemon juice, coriander leaves, Julian ginger.Lastly add coal smoke optional.
