- Prepare 1 kg of Meat (Beef/Mutton/Chicken).
- Prepare of I use Beef.
- It's 250 ml of Oil /Ghee..
- Prepare 600-750 g of Tomatoes (finely chopped).

- It's of Green chilli slice cut 12 -15.
- You need 50 g of Sanfaz Karahi Gosht Masala.

- Take 3 glass of water,half Sanfaz karahi Gosht Masala.meat ginger garlic paste in a pan and cook till meat becomes tender..
- In another pan,heat oil /ghee,add tomatoes znd cook till tomatoes become tender and most of the water evaporates..
- Now add tender meat,remaining Sanfaz Karahi Gosht Masala to it and cook for another 10-15 minutes..
- Sprinkle chopped green chillies and coriander leave and simmer for 5 minutes..
- Delicious karahi Gosht Is ready. Serve with roti / Naan/and Salad..
