  1. Prepare 1 kg of Meat (Beef/Mutton/Chicken).
  2. Prepare of I use Beef.

  4. Prepare 600-750 g of Tomatoes (finely chopped).
  5. It's 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's of Green chilli slice cut 12 -15.
  7. You need 50 g of Sanfaz Karahi Gosht Masala.

  1. Take 3 glass of water,half Sanfaz karahi Gosht Masala.meat ginger garlic paste in a pan and cook till meat becomes tender..
  2. In another pan,heat oil /ghee,add tomatoes znd cook till tomatoes become tender and most of the water evaporates..
  3. Now add tender meat,remaining Sanfaz Karahi Gosht Masala to it and cook for another 10-15 minutes..
  4. Sprinkle chopped green chillies and coriander leave and simmer for 5 minutes..
  5. Delicious karahi Gosht Is ready. Serve with roti / Naan/and Salad..
