  3. It's 2 tbsp of Raw papaya.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of roasted crushed coriander and cumin seeds.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of olive oil, it helps in sticking marination to the mutton.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of black pepper.
  8. You need to taste of Salt.
  9. Prepare of Food color(red or orange)/paprika to give color.

  5. Than flip it and add a glass of water cook until tender..

  7. I baked in oven, after meat is little tender. In pre-heated oven for half hour. In the end while mutton is almost done golden and crispy outside. I added vegtables and bakes for 4 mintues after adding leftover marination on it..
