- It's of Meat(Beef/Mutton/Chicken) 1kg boneless.
- It's 2-3 of Onion finely shredded.
- You need 2 tbsp of Ginger/Garlic paste.
- It's of Garnish: Lemon wedges, green coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and fried onions.
- You need 250 ml of Oil/Ghee.
- You need of SANFAZ Haleem Mix 1 Packet (375).

- Thoroughly wash daal and grains of SANFAZ HALEEM MIX and soak in water for 5-6 hours..
- Fry onions in hot oil/ ghee till golden brown..
- Add garlic, ginger and small masala packet of SANFAZ HALEEM MIX and fry for 1-2 minutes..
- Then add soaked pulses and meat and 5-6 glass of water and cook on low flame till meat and pulses/grains become tender..
- Now blend in a blender or use a wooden spoon to a fine texture. Sprinkle garnish and simmer..
- Delicious Haleem is ready. Serve hot..
