- You need 1 1/2 of tomato.
- You need 1 of medium sized onion.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Everest Meat Masala.
- It's 1 of medium sized potato.

- It's 4-5 tbsp of oil.

- Now add this blended onion mixture to the mutton, add tomato pieces, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, salt, cumin and coriander powder, garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and give them a good mix and again cover it and cook it for about 45 mins. in a low flame. Bt after half and hour add the potato pieces and again cook it for 15 mins again..
- When the oil starts leaving the pan, transfer the mutton masala in a cooker. Now in the same pan, put half litre of water, make it lukewarm and pour it into the cooker..
- Now add the required salt, turmeric powder, meat masala, coriander leaves and mix them well. Pressure cook it in a medium flame for up to 20 whistles and serve hot with rice. In this way, you cook the meat along with the masalas together with a very little oil..
